Pavanetto Ascensores works in the elevator industry.
The challenge
Connect the people reporting an elevator fault with the technicians responsible for resolving it, and record what happened on site.
What we built
A React Native application where building managers and receptionists create maintenance requests. Technicians work from the building’s location, attach photos and a description of the repair, and complete the task. A building directory keeps the associated properties accessible.
Architecture & engineering
React Native with Firebase services for the application’s shared data and maintenance workflow. Device geolocation verifies the technician’s presence at the building, while photos and repair descriptions provide evidence for task completion.
Delivery
Development of the mobile application and its maintenance workflow, from request creation to documented task completion.
What’s working
Building staff can report faults, technicians can document repairs on site, and the company can track maintenance tasks and associated buildings.
